Oracle Applications Senior Security & Governance Consultant

Key responsibilities may include:

• Supervising governance, security and compliancy activities around Oracle Applications 
• Designing new segregation of duties models using UMX and HR security
• Analysing data and application security gaps and proposing appropriate solutions on different layers; Infrastructure, DB; Applications etc.
• Driving security & compliancy audits and recommending adapted & standard solutions
• Answering RFP’s in regard to security, governance and compliancy
• Being informed constantly of Oracle infrastructure, database and applications security, governance and compliancy management solutions

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with implementation of UMX, TCA, FND, System & Functional administration in Oracle E-Business Suite 11i & R12
• Experience with implementation of Governance, Risk & Compliancy (GRC) concepts in Oracle E-Business Suite
• Experience with Oracle HRMS Security profiles 
• Participation, at least in 5 full cycle Oracle projects
• Fluent with English & French

Preferred Qualifications:

• Participation in large-scale security audit projects 
• Certified in one of domains: security, governance or policy management 
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory compliance (ISO, Sarbanes–Oxley Act, etc) 
• Deep understanding of Oracle solutions implementing RBAC, Entitlements, Data Encryptions, Web-Services Security etc.

• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment 
• Desire to work in an information systems environment 
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Education:

• IT engineering degree or equivalent
