Positions:

Senior Java Developers

More than 3 years of successful development of multi-tier applications
Excellent practice of of Java, J2EE, JavaBeans, servlets, Struts, XML, XSL, JSP
Very good practice of MVC design and Open Source frameworks (Eclipse, Struts, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, ...)
Good practice of Oracle environments and SQL
Mastering of application servers
Wished:experience of Oracle Fusion MiddleWare or Flex / RIA development

Other skills and competencies researched:

Good sense of service and good communication
Autonomy and personal commitment
Capacity to analyze business requirements and to design innovative solutions
Flexibility and positive attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and capacity to manage developpers
Good command of English and French, both written and spoken

Education:

IT engineering degree or equivalent
