SmartFormsDriver
SmartFormsDriver is an application
that makes it possible to manage information capture, validation
and transmission from PDF forms in a secured way, and with an
integration with IT host applications.
Being a primary component of process automation,
electronic forms
(or e-form) adress challenges concerning presentation
and data integration
with host applications and systems of enteprises.
Objectives
To desig forms in a simple way, for instance starting from existing
paper forms
To capture data on-line, and to attach files
To validate captured data as much as possible
To transmit data for treatment
To validate good receipt of data and to ensure its integrity
Functionality
Authentication on a Web site or on an intranet, for instance against
an LDAP directory
Pre-filling of the PDF form (optional)
Capture of data on-ine with local (Acrobat and server (integration)
fields validation
Addition of attachments
Transmission of PDF form's data to server using a button
Acknowledgment of receipt with static and signed PDF (Acrobat electronic signature)
