OrgChart is a web application used to visualise your company's organisational chart.
Functional description
Thumbnail visualisation: LDAP directory entries are displayed as thumbnails in the organisational chart. Thumbnails are entirely customisable and their content is built using directory's data. The thumbnail colour can match some property entries (e.g. different colours can be used to show managers, employees and secretaries).
Dynamic display: At startup, the organisational chart displays the first two levels of the hierarchy. Then the organisational chart can be expanded up or down using a button on the thumbnail. Links between entities are made using an attribute (e.g. manager) or using the LDAP directory arborescence.
Automatic centering: When expanding the tree, the browser automatically centers the view on the last deployed item.
Link with White Pages application: If the OrgChart module is installed, White Pages are available to visualise the organisational chart of related persons.
Customisation
The application can be easily customised to modify the display of thumbnails, or the way to define links between entities.
